If the product has manufacturing defects or was the wrong size, returns are possible. TheSigSag is only responsible for errors or manufacturing defects. However, TheSigSag is not responsible for garments subject to normal wear and tear or attempted alterations. To return a product, it must be unwashed and unworn. If this is the case, your money will not be refunded.

Once the product has been successfully returned, your money will be fully refunded directly to the card you used to make the payment within 2 business days.
